RadioDUI.com is a weekly communication to the general public that is intended to help educate the public about Driving Under the Influence (DUI) arrests and your Constitutional Rights in case you are involved in a DUI investigation and/or arrest. Each week the Podcast will cover a different subject of DUI investigations, arrests and conviction penalties. This show will accept phone calls from listeners to air their opinions both pro and con on each subject. This will give, you, the general public a forum that lets you know about the general laws of DUI, what you should or should not do during an investigation of a DUI, and hopefully, with this information, if you are stopped for a DUI, you should preserve your Constitutional Rights.

There is more to RadioDUI.com than informing the public about how to protect themselves in a DUI stop by the police. Each week we will give information on how to get help if you suffer from chronic drinking and/or drugs. We will cover in shows to come flaws in breath testing, field sobriety testing, and new legislation. In addition to what has already been legislated, we will discuss how to get new legislation before your State Assembly and State Senators with new laws that will help protect all of us and our families and friends on the highways and streets that we travel on a daily basis. Everyone concurs that safety is the number one goal of all DUI legislation, and Radio DUI.Com hopes to promulgate this effort with the help of listeners.
